What’s more, the Wildfire 2 switches quickly and easily from hiking mode to climbing mode using the SALEWA® Switchfit adjustment system. The result: better edging and smearing and overall security on technical terrain. Moreover, the Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) provides a customizable fit, for a more narrow or wider comfort.To cope with tougher weather, the Wildfire GTX has a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining to provide waterproof and breathable protection. The Pomoca Speed MTN outsole has a climbing zone at the toe and aggressive tread lugs for good traction on mud and softer terrain, while its S-Path technology ensures a more natural roll-off.
